Big Hat Club:

The Big Hat Club is a club within the club.

Membership to the Big Hat Club is restricted to Ambucs who have, by their own efforts, secured three or more new members in existing Ambucs chapters or in newly chartered chapters during any twelve month period.

Purposes of the Big Hat Club:

To encourage new members to join our chapter.

To promote social gatherings and special charity events.
To promote the principles of AMBUCS and national programs.
Recognition of Big Hatter's membership efforts.

Grapevine Big Hat events have included road trips to Bossier City and outings at Lone Star Park in Grand Prairie, poker tournaments, fishing tournaments, bowling tournaments, skeet and shooting events. Some events are open to Big Hatters only, others are sponsored by Big Hatters but open to all.
